The National Association of Fractional CMOs (NAFCMO) is a professional standards initiative focused on clarifying what it means to operate as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer at the executive level. As fractional roles continue to expand, NAFCMO exists to bring consistency, accountability, and shared expectations to the role.
NAFCMO is currently in a development phase. Definitions, standards, and ethical principles are being refined as part of foundational governance work. Credentialing and designation details will be published following completion of this process.
